Meanwhile, it was the first grand crystal architecture of Thailand, with the flawless and seamless of blue crystal in size 2 meters wide, 3 meters long, and 0.1 meter thick. Khun Jirawatn intent to use his knowledge of glass and crystal arts which learned and experienced by himself over 30 years in France for applying on creating this grand crystal sculpture. Also, it was the right time to transmit this unvaluable knowledge to Khun Kelwalin Chavanatit, his daughter, for applying this transmitted knowledge of crystal sculpture to create and make this important artwork in this time.

Through all the process of thinking, creating, and working for accomplishment on this crystal sculpture, Khun Jirawatn had chosen the best material scrupulously so that he had made decision to import blue crystal from Europe. On every single working process, he taught his daughter and his teamwork understandingly as well as introduced many advance techniques to them. This grand crystal was an important artwork for the beginning point of learning and the great portfolio of his daughter and his teamwork. All the delicate details on this artwork was completely meant the elegance, the flawless, the reflect of “Luang Phor Ruay Pasatiko Sculpture” located above 5 gates of Phra Maha Chedi at Wat Tako. To accomplish this artwork, the most important was that Khun Jirawatn intent to use the Pate de Verre technique at this time in order to complete the first grand crystal sculpture of Thailand.

And, today, our important artwork was accomplished completely to our intention. It was the great merit to us for having a great opportunity create the artwork offering to Luang Phor Ruay, the venerable Monk instructors who was full of high mercy, excellent precepts and worthy for a lot of faith and respect from all Buddhism. And again, it was a merit to us have a chance for making this grand crystal sculpture at Wat Tako where all people could visit and worship Luang Phor Ruay in any time.
